When is the registration deadline?

Register now to secure your spot. Early registration extends through March 21, 2025 ($250 per attendee). The cost is $300 per attendee after the early registration date. We have a set block of rooms available. Registering early assures you a spot in our host hotel, DoubleTree by Hilton Nashville Downtown. Book your room by March 27, 2025 to assure availability and our special room rate.

What is the schedule of events?

We'll release our official schedule as we complete final plans. Our conference includes keynote speakers, breakout meetings, networking opportunities, a membership dinner, and more.

Where in Nashville is the conference held?

The Doubletree by Downtown Nashville is hosting the AIMSVAR 2025 conference from April 27 to 29, 2025. We have reserved a block of rooms beginning April 26th, the day before the conference starts, through April 30th (just in case you want to stick around and see some sights after the conference). You must book your rooms by March 27, 2025 to receive the AIMSVAR conference rate.
